On this month’s program, Jessica Franz talks to volunteer, Frank Phillips, about his recent experience at the 2019 bocce ball tournament held at Armour Park in Bridgeport. Correspondent William Tang reports from that tournament and also from artist Richard Hunt’s studio where they talk about Richard’s Eternal Flame of Hope sculpture that commemorates the 50th Anniversary of Special Olympics.
