Universal Family Connection, Inc. provides family reunification and stabilization programs to at risk youth and their families. They also offer prevention and counseling services to victims of domestic violence, HIV and substance abuse and employment preparation services. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
