The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) has been in forefront of providing solutions to law enforcement issues and concerns, as well as to the ever-changing needs of our communities. Representing over 3,000 members internationally, they strive to be the conscience of law enforcement. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
