The Beverly Area Planning Association is a community-based alliance of more than a dozen civic and business groups dedicated to nurturing a safe, culturally diverse community in the historic Beverly Hills/Morgan Park neighborhood on Chicago’s South Side. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
