Provident Hospital of the Cook County Health & Hospitals System works to meet the healthcare needs of residents of Grand Boulevard and Chicago’s South Side. They offer primary care, family practices, and critical care services among others and they work with community residents to promote health and wellness. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
