Midtown Educational Foundation provides a place in Chicago where parents find support to help their children succeed in school and in life. Through individual tutoring and mentoring, character development, and parent involvement, they guide low-income students along pathways of success. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
