Putting People First - Latino Art Beat (ENG)

Founded in 1998, Latino Art Beat holds an annual competition for high school and early age college students in participating cities in May. Students can enter the Drawing & Painting and Film & Animation categories. Since its inception, this competition has awarded its winners with over four million dollars in college scholarships,
