Join Latino Art Beat for the 2015 Young Filmmakers Showcase on February 17 at Instituto Cervantes. They will showcase their latest productions and their winning film from the 2014 Hollyshorts film festival. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
