Kids Off The Block helps at-risk, low-income youth in the areas of health, education, achievement, personal and social growth. They provide positive alternatives to gangs, drugs, truancy, violence, and the juvenile justice system. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
