Putting People First - Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence

Nearly 1,000 Illinois residents are killed by guns each year. At the Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence they focus on the importance of gun violence prevention by advocating for policies designed to minimize the impact of gun violence. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
