The HACIA Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships to undergraduate students in the fields of technology, architecture, engineering, construction and professional services industries. Their goal is to build diversity in the construction world by creating opportunities for the minority and women-owned business enterprises across the Midwest. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
