The Coordinated Advice & Referral Program for Legal Services is a legal aid service for low-income residents of Cook County that offers an immediate response to everyday legal problems over their phone hotline and at their court advice desks. “Putting People First” is a community service of Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
