Illinois Temporary Visitor Driver's License

The State of Illinois has expanded the Temporary Visitor Driver’s License program to allow people without a social security number to obtain a driver’s license. Requirements for and limits of the TVDL are discussed. This program was produced by Chicago Access Network Television (CAN TV).
